Consultants participate in training within days of joining the firm, and we constantly review and upgrade our training programs to ensure all consultants receive the training they need at the right time in their careers, up to and including at the partner level.
At all levels in your career at A.T. Kearney London you will continue to learn new skills, develop your professional competences and leadership skills.
On joining, you will take part in our week-long induction training to ensure you understand the basic skills for your first project assignment. Within the first six months, you will also attend our week long New Consultant Orientation in Düsseldorf to further hone your consulting skills.
Our training is a mix of curriculum courses, some mandatory, run on an EMEA basis, local courses (e.g. industry briefings) and on-the-job coaching and mentoring.
Each year, you and your mentor will determine a professional development plan tailor-made for you to help you build the skills you need to progress to the next level.
Our courses are run by trained A.T. Kearney consultants and external providers, to ensure you benefit both from in-house expertise and best practice external providers who are specialists in their field. They are enjoyed not only as development activities but as opportunities to network and exchange ideas with consultants from different countries and practices.
