Paul Laudicina Managing Officer and Chairman of the Board
Paul was elected managing officer of A.T. Kearney and took office in September 2006; he was re-elected to a second term in 2009. Paul is the seventh person to lead the firm in its 80-year history.
He joined the firm in 1991 and was the founder and Managing Director of A.T. Kearney’s Global Business Policy Council, which is among the consulting industry’s longest-standing strategic services for CEOs. He has more than 25 years of global consulting and management experience in industry, government and research institutions. During Paul’s consulting career he has provided leadership in the areas of global business strategy, risk management and foreign direct investment.
Paul is the author of numerous articles and books, including World Out of Balance (McGraw-Hill, 2005), and was named one of the “Top 25 Most Influential Consultants” by Consulting Magazine in 2005 and 2007.

Kearney, he held a number of senior positions over 17 years with Mars Inc. Phil became Managing Partner of the UK office in January 2008.

Jonathan leads the Pharmaceutical and Healthcare (PHC) Practice in the UK, and Co-leads the European PHC Practice. Jonathan joined A.T. Kearney following a career in industry with Kodak, Procter and Gamble and H.J. Heinz Company. Over the last 12 years Jonathan has worked for many public and private health clients including the Department of Health, NHS, health insurers, private hospital groups, pharmaceutical companies, and medical equipment suppliers.

Penney has 24 years of experience in the financial services sector. Since joining the firm, she has strengthened the practice, working at Board and CEO level on core strategic issues in the cards, retail banking, and long-term savings sectors. Prior to A.T. Kearney, she spent 10 years in consumer banking at Citibank and led the Private Banking/Asset Management practice at Gemini consulting for 6 years.

Jim Pearce is a partner in our Energy and Process Industries practice with expertise in Upstream Oil and Gas and Mining. Functionally Jim has deep expertise in Post merger integration, Procurement and Large Capital Projects. He has been at A.T. Kearney for 9 years, and prior that worked in gold mining in Ghana, then with Schlumberger in oil exploration for 6 years. He attended INSEAD for his MBA on a scholarship.
