Do you have recruiting deadlines?
No, the London office operates an ongoing recruiting process with no deadlines.
Do you recruit undergraduates?
Yes, the London Office welcomes applications from all levels – but please be aware that we have a limited number of vacancies.
Do you offer summer internships?
Yes, we do offer summer internships for MBA students.
When will I hear if I have been selected for interviews?
Successful applicants will be invited for an interview within 2 weeks from receipt of their application. Unfortunately we do not have the resources to respond to each and every candidate personally.
Do we accept applications from non-EU candidates?
Yes, A.T. Kearney welcomes applications from all nationalities.
Do you help with work permits?
Yes, we will.
What is the recruitment process?
The first stage consists of two separate back-to-back interviews, each run by one of our consultants. Each interview will take one hour, and will consist of a case study assessment and a work experience evaluation, to determine your skills and your overall fit with A.T. Kearney. If both interviews go well you will be invited to a full-day assessment centre. Successful candidates will finally be invited back to meet with a London Partner for a 45-minute interview.
How long should my CV be?
Ideally no longer than one page.
