Our People

Our team is made up of people from across Europe and around the world. We have over 140 consultants representing 37 nationalities and speak over 30 languages fluently. We see this diversity as a strength. Each consultant is able to bring something different to the table – a different way of looking at a client’s problem, or an ‘out of the box’ approach to standard problems. As such, we’re proud to cultivate a working atmosphere based on the values of respect and inclusion, and we believe that it makes us better able to serve clients and improve business performance.

Name: Jonathan
Position: Manager
Joined A.T. Kearney: 2004

Time Spent at A.T. Kearney:
Having joined A.T. Kearney as an Associate in 2004, I have gained a wealth of experience I could not have obtained outside the consulting environment; working with clients in the public and private sectors, from healthcare to credit cards and on challenges as diverse as organisational culture change to product development, pricing and market entry strategies.

Education:
Cranfield (MBA)

What I Like About A.T. Kearney:
From day one Associates are given significant responsibility and expected to take ownership of client relationships, project deliverables and results. It is both demanding and rewarding in equal measure. What has made this part of my career so enjoyable, however, is the passion, commitment and team spirit of the A.T. Kearney people with whom I work.

Name: Sol
Position: Manager
Joined A.T. Kearney: 2006

Time Spent at A.T. Kearney:
Since I joined A.T. Kearney I have had the opportunity to complete two projects in the health and pharmaceutical practice. This has given me the opportunity to draw on my previous consulting experience in health economics and policy. I have contributed to the NHS Institute’s Shift programme where I have planned field tests, performed analysis to prove the potential benefits and helped to develop techniques for measurement and economic modelling across the programme. I am now enjoying the opportunity to participate in a strategy project for the NHS.

Education:
UPF University (Honours Bachelor of Science)
IESE (MBA)

Interests:
My true passion is travelling with my partner to visit friends we have all over the world. In my free time I relax painting on canvas and practicing Ashtanga yoga.

What I Like About A.T. Kearney:
What I like most about A.T. Kearney is the people I work with. I was shocked to find so many prepared people with such large interests but what makes working in highly challenging projects so enjoyable is my colleagues’ sense of humour.

Name: Ana
Position: Associate
Joined A.T. Kearney: 2007

Time Spent at A.T. Kearney:

In the three years I’ve been with Kearney I’ve worked in projects in London, Lisbon and Madrid. The exposure to a wide range of experiences, people and places was what first attracted me to Kearney, and I must say it exceeded my expectations. One day I may be helping a company draft their 5-year strategy plan, and the next I may be helping another assess their suppliers’ sustainability.

Education:
Universidade Nova de Lisboa (Masters in Economics)

What I Like About A.T. Kearney:
Definitely the best thing about Kearney is the people. It’s impossible to describe the diversity of interests and backgrounds, but we all have one thing in common: we have fun together! On top of that, from the very first day you’re continually challenged, and when they see you’re ready, they push a little further. In my opinion, this is what makes it a great place to develop professionally, with people that support and cherish you.
