Assessment of Excellence in Procurement (AEP)

The AEP approach enables you to benchmark your procurement practices, identify existing gaps and determine the strategic direction for your organisation. We undertake AEP assessments of procurement practices for CPOs and senior procurement executives. Clients then either implement the required improvements themselves or work with our support in selected areas. We also undertake annual AEP assessments for a number of UK—based clients, to chart and target continuous improvement over time.

Our perspective on leading procurement practices is unsurpassed and is illuminated by the regular global AEP surveys that we have conducted since 1992. In the latest 2008 study, participants included supply chain executives from more than 300 leading companies across 28 industries.
