The type of work we do:

  • Investment and Alignment: Preparing realistic business cases and long range capital plans aligned to business goals and enablers, rooted in a clear understanding of cost and benefit drivers, business readiness, and organisational capabilities.
  • Governance and Organisation: Mobilising and developing both organisations and individuals to support and exploit their IT programmes and installed base through effective governance structures and processes. We enable upskilling and best practice deployment  through effectiveness reviews, and ensure senior decision-makers have a clear grasp of the health of their IT organisation.
  • Portfolio Management: Focusing on performance improvement, we support clients in their IT and procurement of IT and services to reduce the cost and complexity of their  technology base, and exploit existing IT for business advantage. Where a third party is contracted for service delivery, we work closely with our clients to select appropriate contracting vehicles and models, and optimise their outsourcing / offshoring options
  • IT Value Management: Increasing the positive contribution of IT to the business is a central theme in all our work, and we work closely with management teams to embed a value-focused approach, identify opportunities to realise additional value, and ensure the full realisation of business benefits.
